Your responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the administration of clients on the Swedish market and directly answer client inquiries

  • Take part in the transfer of one of our global benefit services to the Warsaw team

  • Become expert in terms of market and insurance knowledge with a desire to constantly broaden this knowledge

  • Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders

  • Maintain the quality of data in internal systems and applications

Our requirements

  • 1+ year of relevant experience

  • Very good Swedish and English

  • Working knowledge of Excel

  • Analytical skills and close attention to details

  • Ability to work independently as well as a team player


  • Insurance knowledge

  • Previous experience in SSC / BPO company

  • BankID
