Your responsibilities
Be responsible for the administration of clients on the Swedish market and directly answer client inquiries
Take part in the transfer of one of our global benefit services to the Warsaw team
Become expert in terms of market and insurance knowledge with a desire to constantly broaden this knowledge
Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders
Maintain the quality of data in internal systems and applications
Our requirements
1+ year of relevant experience
Very good Swedish and English
Working knowledge of Excel
Analytical skills and close attention to details
Ability to work independently as well as a team player
Optional
Insurance knowledge
Previous experience in SSC / BPO company
