Be the CeraVe brand lead, reporting directly to ‘La Roche-Posay & CeraVe Brand Business Director’
Contribute to the growth of the CERAVE brand portfolio by driving new product launches and push growth on pillar products through promotional and advertising excellence
Lead local creation and adaptation of advertising creative material based on market trends analysis. You’ll have in your team a person dedicated to execute media & advocacy support and you will also have a significant budget.
Develop and implement marketing plans for managed brand
Closely cooperate with other departments (Business development - trade online & offline activation team, medical and scientific, etc.) and partner agencies to build a broader business strategy.
Identify new business opportunities based on consumer and market research & data.
Develop communication based on consumer insights and trends (offline& online)
Develop brand’s activations in cooperation with other departments

Have experience in a fast-paced environment, where power brands are part of your everyday work.
Experience in pharma or premium goods markets is a significant plus
You are digitally savvy & like to discover new marketing tools and are always eager to put them in use.
Have the expertise of consumers insights research and market data analysis.
Have strong analytical, communication and networking skills.
Like to stay always up to date with market and consumer trends.
Have the ability to work with Nielsen/IQVIA (or similar) data (nice to have).
Are a creative innovation seeker
You are optimistic and have can-do attitude. You are a thinker and a doer.
Are fluent in both Polish and English.
