Want to put the boldest plans into action? The Senior Brand Manager, Hygiene & Home position at RB resides within the country marketing function and will assume responsibility for assigned brands. The Senior Brand Manager will play a key role in supporting the development of the overall category strategy and is expected to drive the growth of their assigned brands through excellent marketing thinking and execution.

In this position, you’ll...

  • manage Power Brands within the context of the agreed strategies to maximise long term sales and profitability
  • develop, recommend and lead the execution of local marketing plans for assigned brands and manage the effective deployment of the marketing budget
  • be responsible for Eastern Europe strategy development and coordination for assigned Brand/Category, and ensuring close cooperation with local teams to ensure execution of plans
  • contribute to identifying Innovation and bringing them to live directly or by influencing key stakeholders
  • develop, recommend and execute annual marketing plan activities, including local media strategy and plans 
  • initiate and manage market research projects to understand consumers and deliver powerful consumer and customer insights as to the basis for long term brand growth
  • lead the development of local copy strategy/ executions and/ or to ensure adaptation possible for other regions, based on consumer understanding and local needs
  • be in close co-operation with the Sales function and Trade Marketing, identify trade needs/ opportunities, developing pricing and distribution strategies and trade promotions for assigned brands 
  • manage and coach the Brand Marketing Specialist(s) on a daily basis
  • work on other tasks assigned by manager

…you’re a natural marketer. You:

  • have 6+ years' marketing experience, demonstrate outstanding marketing skills and potential, are developed within an FMCG environment and has minimum bachelors degree level in a business-related subject 
  • are financially skilled and have P&L understanding 
  • have strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
  • are entrepreneurial, creative and passionate about consumers
  • present positive, can-do attitude
  • have an international outlook 
  • are hands-on person, with strong sense of urgency and achievement 
  • can be resilient and able to respond under pressure 
  • are advanced Power Point, Word, Excel user
