Your responsibilities

  • Responsibility for constantly reviewing brand health and performance of activities and leading their ongoing improvement

  • Manage the A&P budget and ensure that budget is effectively spent and drive in delivering on set objectives.

  • Lead management of advertising, promotions, and public relations agencies for Jack Daniel’s brand.

  • Input to development of long-term strategy for the local market by providing robust analysis with actionable recommendations to MM.

  • Cooperate and strategically influence European and Global Key Stakeholders (Marketing, BBI, legal,…) and share best practice across markets

  • Regular KPI reporting of the respective parts of business, as well as short- & long-term plans’ execution.

  • Monitor and report on a monthly basis key competitive activities in the whiskey category in digital, on trade and off trade.

  • Drive the delivery of expected Brand Profit in terms of monitoring P&L, budgets and brand spends. When needed, proactively suggest, or look for solutions in cooperation with other departments.

  • Lead additional assigned projects or tasks as stretch assignments towards further personal development. Stretch assignments upon agreement with the manager.

Our requirements

  • University Degree in Business/Marketing

  • 8+ years of marketing experience in an international FMCG company (min. 3-5 years in Brand Manager roles)

  • Brand Communications & Brand building skills

  • Winning in POP/POC

  • Media

  • Strong brand building & activation experience

  • First People Leadership Experience would be a plus

  • Spirits and/or FMCG industry background would be a plus

  • Understanding of Effective Brand Building Models and of Consumer Trends

  • Fluent Polish and English speaking and writing

  • Good analytical skills

  • MS Office applications / IT literate

SENIOR BRAND MANAGER JACK DANIEL’S (SBM) is the key & leading role in Jack’s marketing team. The overall responsibility is to lead the development of the brand strategies (JDTW & JD FLAVORS) and ensure its implementation across all the relevant touchpoints and platforms. The role is also an entry-level leadership role as it includes direct management of Junior Brand Manager JD Flavors.

Other responsibilities include annual plans creation and management of its flawless execution as well as providing operational and tactical help to the MM. SBM needs to be a strong team player and a partner to numerous stakeholders incl. external agencies, sales, trade marketing, IMC, BBI, finance and global structures.
