Your responsibilities
As part of the role your responsibilities include:
-An outstanding opportunity to work as a Senior Business Analyst for a regulatory program (FRTB and IBOR).
-Extensive interactions with Senior Business Partners and IT would be required to analyze the impacts on CFO function as part of changes implemented upstream.
-Responsible for gathering of business requirements, documentation of the business requirements including putting forward recommendations for solutions, creation of data flow diagrams where required.
-Preparation of test plans, test cases, perform functional testing and analyze defects in collaboration with IT teams and assist with end user testing.
-Seek to assist Project Managers and Project Leads to drive the project plan and manage related activities such as chair governance forums to prioritize the book of work.
Your future colleagues
The candidate will be working as a Senior Business Analyst within FRTB and IBOR Finance Change (PC Aligned) group having global presence across multiple offices therefore will need to balance the ability to work independently alongside coordination with the rest of the team. Involved in interactions with senior Product Control (VPs/DIRs) globally.
The role is an ideal opportunity for someone with a good grounding in the regulatory environment and market risk processes, who can perform business analysis, but enjoys moving through different types of work (part rule interpretation, part analysis, part project management) and relishes new challenges (helping to drive CS’ response to new regulation by viewing the challenges from various angles and identifying optimization opportunities).

Our requirements
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst preferably in banking (Market Risk/Investment Banking/Capital Markets), or similar function
University degree (Master) or equivalent; business & finance, economics major
Deep understanding of Software development life cycle with delivery experience under Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Direct faceoff with Senior Partners for requirement elicitations, functional testing and project management
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and proven ability to manage work effectively and can thrive under pressure
Proficient in innovation technologies such as R, Python and visualization tools such as Qlik Sense is desirable
Proven experience in working with data + data flow engineering skills
Exposure to FINMA / PRA / IHC regulatory reporting will be an added advantage
Exposure to Product Control function and its business processes is desirable (optional)
