Your responsibilities

  • Participating in deployment phase by reviewing the solution documentation, develop necessary processes or procedural changes

  • Assisting in developing of User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios and test scripts

  • Securing E2E RtR testing outcomes in line with standards

  • Flagging any potential risks related to design or testing outcome

  • Providing visibility of test progresses to GPO and RtR Platforms project teams

  • Supporting RtR Platforms project teams in deployment, stabilization, and enabling the designed process and its outcomes

  • Supporting in delivering of practical, system trainings for OpCo counterparties

  • Acting as first line of defense for guarding the standards, guiding the OpCo to compliance to them

  • Participating in Horizon 2 design (S4 and platforms) and actively contribute with deliverables in scope (maps, PDDs, etc).

Our requirements

  • At least 5-6 years of experience in Finance/Accounting in SSC/BPO environment

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of operational experience in RtR domains as Financial Accounting and Period End Closing

  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Finance or other related studies (Accounting or Management Accounting or Management Information Systems)

  • End to end understanding of finance processes

  • Ability to understand the end-to-end process strategy and the application to the tasks and responsibilities of this position and explain them to the relevant stakeholders

  • Proven experience with exposure to multiple tools and methodologies and familiarity with an ERP system

  • Strong analytical and project management skills

  • Strong and effective communication and presentation skills, strategic thinking, effective time management

  • Ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Optional

  • Understanding of any of the platforms SAP GR, ICMR, AFC, BlackLine or PlanON

  • OpCo experience, OpCo network, HEINEKEN experience

  • Shared Services / Global Business Services (GBS) experience

  • Knowledge of project management methodology (P3M, PMP, Prince, Agile or equivalent).
