Communicate with the client to collect and elaborate requirements, timely requirements updates during the project cycle.
Create and manage project documentation.
Document tasks for the team, refine requirements with the team and provide all necessary details for the team of developers.
Conduct demo presentations for the client.
Participate in presale activities (creating WBS for potential projects, decomposing tasks, and preparing estimations with presale team).
4+ years of experience in business analysis in IT industry.
Experience and ability to work in an Agile/Kanban team environment.
Experience working with a distributed team.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and requirement updates
Ability to work with a big amount of data and requirements in Excel.
Basic knowledge of SQL.
Basic understanding of MS Project is desired, but not a requirement.
Strong negotiation skills to balance between the requirements of the client and the team.
Problem-solving skills to identify the root cause of any problem and to find the key solution of that.
Firm decision-making when selecting the best approaches through collaboration sessions on Acceptance criteria with the client.
Efficient communication skills to deliver any message to the team members or the client and avoid any communication gap between either any stakeholder or the team members.
Influential skills to affect the project decisions, resource staffing, task progress, and the overall project directions that are essential for the success of any business project.
Excellent oral and written English skills (Upper-Intermediate and higher).
Daily communication experience in the English language at the latest project.
