About the project
Would you like to develop further in IT Consulting?
We are looking for experienced candidates to join our growing Advisory Team, supporting complex end-to-end projects with the top global financial institutions.
As a Senior Analyst, you will have a key role in our Implementation projects, while working independently with Clients.
Your responsibilities
Be a part of consulting or implementation team on IT projects for financial institutions
Conduct complex business analysis independently, define functional requirements, and test created solutions
Work closely with IT developers and architects on a daily basis
Support coordination of Agile projects and mentor junior team members
Cooperate directly with the client team
Test yourself in various roles and tasks in an international environment
Our requirements
Have at least 2 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector or in insurance or bancassurance
Think analytically and have the ability to use the synthesis to present the results of your work
Know English very well
Show interest in working with clients from the financial sector
Enjoy teamwork with experts with various academic background and skills
Optional
Understand how banks or insurance companies work
Be able to demonstrate team management skills and take responsibility for its results
Know additional languages, especially German or French
Have experience working in consulting, implementation, or IT company, especially in the field of insurance or bancassurance
Show interest in new technologies and their practical use
Have experience in project work and want to continue developing in it
While having the main office in Poland, want to work with our Clients abroad, traveling up to 1/2 of your work time (once the pandemic situation allows it)
