Senior Business Analyst - Marketing & Sales, Hygiene

Role objectives are: 

  • Development, Leading & Delivery the business analytics program in areas of Trade Investment management, Forecasting and Planning, Pricing and Ecommerce Platform
  • Working closely on Digital Capabilities and Technology Solutions with Sales & Marketing functions 
  • Development of Reports and Dashboards using Power BI if required
  • Development BSI’s (Business Solution & Insights) business expert equity with Sales, Ecommerce & Marketing so BSI is acknowledged as a fundamental business structure

On the role you will:

  • Identify, collect and prioritize work demand for the multifunctional analytics team. You will manage it as a program ensuring on time and quality deliveries and promoting the team’s results to Region e.g. (Eastern Europe, Poland, etc.) and Managers or Director from Europe or Australia & New Zealand 
  • Act as project manager and data specialist to deliver analytics projects, collecting, treating and generating insights out of the data available working with RB internal and external partners
  • Lead business process changes when related to analytics projects and transition new process back to business once stable
  • Learn and apply data science techniques where applicable

You will succeed because you have:

  • A proactive mindset with excellent communication skills and who present high independency, ability to lead initiatives end to end as well as execute the Business/IT agenda agreed with Key senior stakeholders in the company
  • Proven experience (approx. 4-5 years) as IT Business Partner for different functions, preferably with Sales, Marketing and Supply
  • Worked as a project team member or led projects in areas of leveraging Data & Analytics to address business problems in areas of Sales, Marketing, Digital, Ecommerce, etc.
  • Working on or leading projects with E-commerce technologies or Business will be an advantage 
  • Experience with Power BI is a must have, other tools that facilitate data analysis will be an advantage
  • Business and/or IT educational degree
