Your responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for business analysis process;
- Lead the selection of appropriate business analysis methods, tools, techniques;
- Select appropriately from plan-driven/predictive approaches or more adaptive (iterative and agile) approaches.
- Establish the contribution that technology can make to business objectives, define strategies, validate and justifying business needs;
- Produce high-level and detailed business models, preparing business cases;
- Oversee development and implementation of solutions, taking into account the implications of change on the organization and all stakeholders;
- Guides senior management towards accepting change brought about through process and organizational change.
Our requirements
- Deloitte is setting up a Technology Hub dedicated to serving GPS (Government and Public Sector) across EMEA region. If you would like to be a part of that great initiative, here is who we are looking for:
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the financial sector;
- University graduate (Bachelor and equivalent experience or Master’s Degree);
- Knowledge of Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Business Mapping Process (BMP);
- Attention to detail and team-working skills;
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes and use of appropriate technology;
- Confident communication skills and service quality oriented.
- Highly motivated for self-development;
- Experience in acceptance testing would be an asset;
- English – advanced level, both written and spoken;
