About the project
Would you like to develop further in IT Consulting?
We are looking for experienced candidates to join our growing Advisory Team, supporting complex end-to-end projects with the top global financial institutions.
As a Senior Analyst, you will have a key role in our Implementation projects, while working independently with Clients.
Your responsibilities
- Be a part of consulting or implementation team on IT projects for financial institutions
- Conduct complex business analysis independently, define functional requirements, and test created solutions
- Work closely with IT developers and architects on a daily basis
- Support coordination of Agile projects and mentor junior team members
- Cooperate directly with the client team
- Test yourself in various roles and tasks in an international environment
Our requirements
- Have at least 2 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector or in insurance or bancassurance
- Think analytically and have the ability to use the synthesis to present the results of your work
- Know English very well
- Show interest in working with clients from the financial sector
- Enjoy teamwork with experts with various academic background and skills
Optional
- Understand how banks or insurance companies work
- Be able to demonstrate team management skills and take responsibility for its results
- Know additional languages, especially German or French
- Have experience working in consulting, implementation, or IT company, especially in the field of insurance or bancassurance
- Show interest in new technologies and their practical use
- Have experience in project work and want to continue developing in it
- While having the main office in Poland, want to work with our Clients abroad, traveling up to 1/2 of your work time (once the pandemic situation allows it)
