Your responsibilities
- Close cooperation with stakeholders and other business clients
- Collecting, documenting and analyzing business needs
- Participation in business processes modelling as well as their optimization
- Formation of working environment as well as processes to booster effective collaboration
- Cooperation with the Software Development teams
- Active participation in SCRUM meetings
- Preparation of Product Backlogs
- Execution of the analysis in every phase of the project
- Conducting Planning sessions
- Running Product Backlog Refinements
- Proactive mentoring of other BA colleagues
- Active participation in Pre-Sales phase
Our requirements
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Very good command of English
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Facilitation of meetings
- Process modeling skills: UML, BPMN
- Experience in leading workshops with project stakeholders
- Strong feeling of responsibility
- Understanding of business value as well as commercial aspects of projects

- Fluent German
- Openness to contribute to Digital Software Services unit growth (dss.hicron.com) –
