    Description

    • Working within the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) Change Team to deliver improvements to consolidated internal Credit Risk Infrastructure.
    • Business Analyst function which involves close cooperation with business partners as well as the CRO IT Department, including but not limited to writing/reviewing Business Requirements documentation, writing/reviewing Functional Specifications, training end users on new system functionality and supporting production issues.
    • You can join a growing global team of Business Analysts. You will contribute to successful and timely delivery of projects and changes in scope of team's responsibilities as well as identify and escalate risks and issues.
    • Our key clients are the Credit Risk Management and Credit Risk Reporting teams globally. You will maintain and expand the relationships with core Business, Change and IT and Business stakeholders at various levels of the Credit Risk organization.

    Qualifications

    Essentials Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor degree in finance, business, economics or similar qualification.
    • You have had some exposure to data flows, table structures and running SQLs.
    • Effective stakeholder management, experience in facing business stakeholders.
    • As a person with a positive spirit, you combine a dedicated approach with good communication skills - Proven ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner (written and verbal).
    • Self-motivated and proven ability to work with little supervision.
    • You show strong problem solving and skills and can convey the merits and issues of each to ensure deep understanding of impact across the organization.
    • Fluent in English.
    • Experience in credit risk and the corresponding regulatory frameworks.
    • Work experience in Credit Risk within Investment Banking. If you have gathered some reporting experience, this would be a plus.
    • You have acted in as a link between Business Users and IT in a systems project and you bring knowledge and hands-on experience in aspects of the development life cycle.
    • Understanding on front to back systems, data, calculations and processes within a Private Banking or Investment Banking environment.
    • Ability to review and challenge IT functional specifications.
    • Effective time management – able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
