Your responsibilities
- Support month-end closing process and reporting (Commercial, Supply Chain and OPEX)
- Support yearly budget and quarterly forecasts
- Gather complex financial data to provide insights through analysis and final recommendations
- Lead cost savings and growing initiatives
- Support operations with financial reporting and analysis
- Provide solutions and drive continuous improvement
- Support Cluster Controller in finance business partnering in the area of cross functional cooperation and projects
Our requirements
- Proven minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Finance Business Partner, Controller or Senior Analyst ideally within international group
- University degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- Ability to generate and analyze financial reports based on large number of data and multiple sources
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Very good English and Polish (written and spoken) is a must
