Your responsibilities
End-to-end candidate management: direct sourcing, attraction, selection, onboarding, pipelining
Client management: gathering job requirements, conducting intake meetings, participating in various briefings, attending client interviews, advising on candidate selection
Job posting, application screening, conducting phone interviews
Scheduling interviews, delivering feedback
Managing offers: negotiation, extension & closure
Supporting contract tenders by preparing high volume blind CVs
Updating internal database
Participating in employment branding activities & career fairs
Facilitating referral program
Cooperating with a law firm on employee onboarding/relocation matters
Our requirements
Proven experience in a similar role in business/consulting recruitment
Experience in agency recruitment is preferable
Ability to work collaboratively in teams
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with direct sourcing
Fluency in English
Effective time-management and organizational abilities
Experience in working in fast-paced environment
Valid EU / PL work permit
