An outstanding opportunity for you to join the motivated Asset Servicing COO team in the unique and highly challenging Investment Fund Services business
Obtaining and enhancing your key experience and insight in the growing investment fund industry environment covering the front-to-end process from conception phase through implementation
A Senior Business Analyst/ Business Requirement Engineer Role within the Suisse Universal Bank responsible for Business Requirement Definition and Gathering throughout the Asset Servicing Fund Business (Fund Accounting & Transfer Agency, Management Company & Risk Services etc.)
Independently supporting our clients (Investment Fund Sponsors and Asset Managers etc.) and internal stakeholders of Asset Servicing
Identifying, analyzing and specifying all kinds of upcoming platform changes and Business Requirements (i.e. Accounting Systems, Reporting Engines and their up and downstreams)
Preparation, execution and testing of Changes
Acting as project managers for smaller projects in that context as well as assisting as subject matter experts in large scale projects
Working in an international environment, including Switzerland, Luxembourg and Ireland
An important interface function between business and IT

Your skills and experience:

At least 4-6 years proven practical experience in Business Analysis or Business Requirement Engineer in Fund Business or Financial Industry and Business Project Manager, additional PMO experience is a plus
University degree or equivalent (preferably in IT, Business Engineering or Economics)
Broad and deep knowledge of Funds, Management company and/ or Risk Services
Affinity to IT systems, i.e. looking for ways how to support business processes with applications
High analytical and conceptual skills and ability to compile findings in a concept, derive and describe business requirements
Entrepreneurial mind-set with strong IT affinity
SQL skills and development experience is a plus
SWIFT knowledge and Fund Accounting skills, like reconciliations, transaction booking, NAV calculation
Proven experience with Fund Accounting systems such as Multifonds, Geneva or Invest Run would be an asset
Self- motivated, team-oriented and hands-on personality, be able to drive and manage change, question the status quo
Solution oriented mind-set combined with outstanding communication skills. Proven ability to manage work effectively under pressure
Fluent in English (oral and written), German is a plus
