For our Client an international Company working for various clients worldwide we are looking for a candidate for position of Senior Buyer with Dutch.
Responsibilities:
- Verification of internal clients needs
- Searching of suitable products and services
- Cooperation with other branches
- Searchning new suppliers
- Negotiations with suppliers, signing contracts
- Implementation of global standarization
- Checking qualiy of service provided by suppliers
- Cost optimization activities through saving initiatives
- Responsibility for receiving and transmitting requests for telephone and mailing
- Develpment of procurement policies and processes
- Reporting to the management
Requirements:
- Higher education (Bachelor Degree)
- 2 - 3 years of experience in procurement area
- Fluent knowledge of Dutch and good English language
- Knowledge of engineering area will be an asset
- Experience in negotiations and sourcing of suppliers
- Ability to work with clients (Suppliers, Internal client, Managers,
- Very good communicatgion skills
- Accuracy in work and sbility to handle multitasking situations
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
- Knowledge of ARIBA system will be an adventage
