Your responsibilities
Provide sourcing activities in Professional Services, Training and Recruitment category for DACH
Cooperate with global procurement category for HR & training related services
Support the onshore teams in sourcing activities
Monitor operational supplier performance
Drive compliance to global contracts and cost optimization through saving initiatives
Extend your existing knowledge and act as subject matter expert for the supported country and scope
Understand and drive adoption of procurement policies and processes
Deliver high quality, professional and customer focused service on a daily basis
Our requirements
Experience in Sourcing of strategic services in the area of HR/ Recruitment and Training especially related to: implementing strategies, conducting bids, analyzing and signing contracts, building relations with Stakeholders (HR, TA, L&D, etc)
Good command of German and English
MS Excel in order to prepare cost comparison and spend analysis
Readiness to deliver high quality, professional and customer focused service
Very good analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to take own initiatives and to think outside the box
Open-minded and positive with good communication skills, team player
Proactive attitude and innovative approach
Ability to deliver results within deadline
