At the McKinsey EMEA Shared Service Center in Poznan we remotely support colleagues from other parts of Europe, the Middle East and Africa in areas such as Finance and Reporting, Human Resources, Visual Communication, Business Operations, and Assistant Services.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Campus Recruiter is responsible for tailoring global campus strategy for local execution, implementing regional student marketing and developing local annual plan. This includes cultivating relationships with universities and external partners and the early identification and conversion of top junior level talent.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing innovative and creative ways to attract highly motivated and diverse candidates for entry level roles
  • Working collaboratively with Global Campus Program Lead and other regional campus recruiters to develop and implement new early careers processes and initiatives to ensure global consistency and coordination
  • Furthermore, developing strategic partnerships with educational institutions (including faculties, careers services and student and alumni associations) to best leverage McKinsey’s presence on campus and create a pipeline of diverse talent
  • Acting as an internal subject matter expert on current student hiring landscape, regularly providing insights on external market trends and competitor activity
  • Managing the end to end processes of planning, coordinating, and executing campus recruiting events including career fairs, skills sessions, insight events and presentations.
  • Conducting annual, end of season reviews with business stakeholders and ensuring communication of results/hiring statistics, successes and challenges with a focus on continual improvement.
  • There is a flexibility to hire either at Campus Recruiter or Senior Campus Recruiter level

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in campus/professional recruiting, marketing and/or university career services or equivalent
  • Good understanding of the campus recruiting lifecycle, market practices and trends
  • Strong sense of ownership to effectively work on tasks, push them forward and drive for results
  • Demonstrate a professional work ethic and treat sensitive matters with confidentiality
  • Ability to structure and prioritize own tasks and to stay focused under pressure
  • Strong team player willing to share knowledge and experience and ready to give and receive feedback
  • Optimistic and value-driven mindset, passion and confidence to work with people and willing to give business requirements priority
  • Excellent client relationship skills. Able to forge strong relationships with internal and external partners and be a visible representative of the Company in multiple forums.

  • Willingness to travel during peak recruiting seasons.
