Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Supports development of strategies to facilitate change adoption and acceptance across the organization

  • Supports the design, development and delivery of change associated communications efforts

  • Conducts impact analysis, assessing the readiness of key stakeholders and users

  • Supports training efforts, providing input, documentation and design of change associated training programs

  • Monitors change and associated ITSM metrics to identify trends, systemic issues and areas for improvement

  • Works with internal / external auditors to ensure effective information sharing and transparency

  • Contributes to change management process improvement initiatives across the organization

  • This is a remote position, but you have to be located in Poland.

Position Overview:

Manages IT technology and service change processes. Ensures that IT / technology additions and modifications are carried out in a manner that addresses risk, supports customer service and leads to improved business productivity and efficiency. Ensures change initiatives are performed according to ITSM / ITIL standards, are within budget and managed according to established priorities and timelines.
