Your responsibilities
Cocreating and executing security program for world's leading appointment scheduling platform.
Creating long-term cloud security strategy.
Coordinating Booksy efforts around cloud security including areas such as GCP, AWS, K8S, Ansible, Container Security, IaC, WAF, DDoS protection.
Support DevOps/SRE team to build a secure cloud computing platform relying heavily on security automation, ‘secure defaults’ & ‘zero trust’ concepts.
Review configuration of cloud infrastructure to identify security issues and propose sustainable solutions.
Cooperate with application security & incident response team to ensure that product security is hollisticaly covered.
Promoting security across the organization by organizing awareness campaigns, talks or webinars.
Our requirements
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity ideally in a product-focused organization
3+ years of experience with cloud native technologies such as GCP, AWS, K8S, Containers
Proven experience in creating and executing cloud security strategy for a global mid-sized organization
Experience with DevOps tools & concepts (CI/CD pipelines, Artifact Management System, Ansible, Terraform, service mesh)
Good understanding of network security and related technologies (Firewalls, DDoS protection, Calico, etc.)
Understanding of modern security concepts and their practical application (e.g. Zero Trust, identity based access control, cybersecurity mesh, etc.)
Proven track of delivering good results while operating independently in a dynamic environment
Very good communication skills - ability to coordinate cloud security topics with stakeholders from different technical teams
Fluent english (C1)
Optional
Experience in SASE/CASB tools implementation would be an asset
Experience in endpoint security would be an asset
Practical understanding of Google’s BeyondCorp strategy would be an asset
Experience in security monitoring would be an asset
This is not a programmer role, but if you have some experience with scripting languages supporting automation that would be an asset
We do not care that much about industry certificates, but if you have some we would like to hear about them
