Your responsibilities
Developing and maintaining reporting tools/systems.
Acting as a business partner to regional Business Unit teams.
Presenting the insights of financial and commercial performance to the senior management.
Reviewing and interpreting ongoing business reporting requirements.
Developing innovative initiatives to enhance the business opportunities.
Undertaking data modelling activities and creating new analytical solutions as well as further developing the currently existing ones.
Analyzing data to better understand and further improve reporting and analytical environment in company.
Sharing best practices within data analytics and improving adoption of analytical tools and dashboards within company.
Our requirements
University Degree (preferably Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Quantitative Methods).
Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis (finance or commercial) and/or data analytics, preferably in an international company with very broad product portfolio.
Solid Experience in working with Tableau
Tableau certifications are a plus.
Project Management skills
Experience with Power BI is a plus
Experience with Agile methodology (being part of Scrum teams for product development) is a plus
Working knowledge of Alteryx (optional)
Ability to present data and insights to senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Excel (preferably including VBA knowledge).
Fluent English (at least C1 level).
Practical knowledge of Business Intelligence and Financial Performance Management tools will be an asset (MS BI, Cognos etc.).
Excellent presentation and communication skills combined with analytical approach.
Problem-solver with positive attitude and ability to operate efficiently in a matrix structure.
Experience with Power Pivot and Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) – (Optional).
