    Description:

    The role of the Senior Compensation Analyst is to effectively and efficiently provide support to all Compensation processes including advisory, reporting and analysis. In addition, this role is expected to contribute to global/regional/divisional projects within the Compensation environment.

    • You will be working in dynamic team environment at the center of group-wide and executive compensation strategy and decision-making
    • You will embrace responsibility for producing various quantitative analysis and reports
    • You will be responsible for maintaining various databases
    •  You will look after data control and process management
    • You will oversee automation of processes, reports and templates, as applicable

    • You will participate in the design and implementation of reward strategies and guidelines
    • You will provide analytics in support of policy and decision making 
    • You will gain exposure to regulatory compensation including identification and performance management of regulated employees
    • You will research competitive landscape on executive and regulatory compensation practices
    • You will become an expert advisor on executive and regulatory pay practices
    • You will respond to ad-hoc reports/queries related to executive and regulatory compensation
    Open to discussing flexible/agile working.

    Qualifications:

    • You have Master or Bachelor’s Degree
    • You show drive, passion, challenge the status quo and contribute to changes
    • You show high integrity and are able to maintain confidentiality at all times; you fully comply with the bank's code of conduct
    • You develop sustainable relationships with clients/colleagues/key stakeholder; you foster collaboration within and across teams
    • You have strong quantitative, conceptual and analytical skills
    • You pay attention to details, show strong work ethic and an organized approach to managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines
    • You are proficient in using MS Office software, particularly PowerPoint and Excel and are able to work with large data spreadsheets. General knowledge of HR systems (i.e. Oracle Business Intelligence and People Soft) desirable but not essential
    • You have great communication skills and are comfortable with your fluency in business English (both spoken and written)
    • You are a dedicated problem solver and you are happy to take initiative to improve; you effectively apply own profound knowledge to deliver solutions that fit the purpose and are feasible
    • You approach problems systematically and objectively, analyze facts and evaluate options, draw sound conclusions
    • You have 2-3 years' experience within financial services
