For our client we are looking for a person to join the The Team that makes the best use of available rewards data in order to advice clients with the implementation or improvement of their HR policies in areas of compensation, benefits and total rewards. The team supports clients in strategic workforce planning, setting career frameworks and pay equity analyses.To be successful in this role you'll need to be passionate about clients and solving their problems, have previous similar working experience and feel comfortable with numbers and working in an international team.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in meetings and discussions with clients to understand their needs and issues
- Assume project management responsibility for smaller, more standard projects
- Preparing comprehensive reports and developing solutions tailored to the client's needs
- Performing high quality, complex analysis reliably and consistently with minimal direction (performance management, succession planning, HR Analytics)
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients in the area of focus
- Providing guidance, training and peer review for less experienced colleagues
- Working effectively as part of a team, collaborating and being accountable, whilst working independently
Requirements:
- Professional experience in compensation and benefits, HR consulting or analytics
- Very good knowledge of the English language (min. B2)
- University degree up to Master's level or equivalent
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office software, in particular Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to process and present data accurately and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to interact at all levels of the organisation
- Ability to manage workload to meet deadlines and ensure a consistently high standard of work through effective planning and prioritisation
- High attention to detail and accuracy in both numerical and written work is essential in this role
