Your responsibilities

  • Lead projects in line with the Business strategy and provide local leadership with recommendations based on local expertise and experience;

  • Act as an expert resource during annual salary review process by ensuring timelines are met and guidelines are followed, auditing data and answering questions and/or escalating issue to manager;

  • Collect and provide data for compensation surveys. Conduct benchmark activities by comparing compensation to the market using published compensation surveys; analyze total cash compensation practices internally as well as externally;

  • Understand market practices and trends for the relevant countries;

  • Act as point of contact on compensation matters for HR partners, handle requests for information from HR partners and escalate highly complex matters to the appropriate contacts.

  • Consult with HR leaders and partners regarding market data to help them understand the data and application to their business need;

  • Generate and interpret complex reports from large databases to manage employee data, and external market information.

  • Prepare analytics and modelling in response to requests from leadership for data;

  • Establish objectives and develop plans for assigned projects. Manage timeline and resources and engage stakeholders seeking input from all relevant sources. Drive communication of project information and updates to all stakeholders.

Our requirements

  • Master's Degree;

  • Previous experience (5-7 years) as HR Total Reward Comp&Ben Team member gained in a large corporation or a consulting firm;

  • Fluent in written and spoken English;

  • Advanced knowledge of Office, expecially for Excel and PowerPoint applications.

Optional

  • The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously on a variable schedule based on project demand and link compensation challenges to broader business or industry context;

  • Familiarity with Workday;

  • Knowledge of additional language;

  • Valuing and working well with diverse people.
