Who we're looking for
- enthusiasm and positive attitude
- high level of initiative and accountability
- solid analytical and problem solving skills
- excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- willingness and ability to learn new things constantly
- master degree in Finance and Banking or similar (Accounting, Economy, Quantitative Methods, etc.)
- at least one of the following:knowledge of Reuters or Bloomberg will be an asset
- practical knowledge of financial instruments accounting standards (IAS 39, IFRS 9, ASC-815)
- good understanding of financial instruments’ valuation principles
- experience in auditing of financial instruments
- familiarity with financial risk management processes
- knowledge of Reuters or Bloomberg will be an asset
- knowledge of IFRS 2 Share-based payment or IFRS 16 Leasing will be an asset
- prior BIG4 experience (risk / audit) will be an asset
- knowledge of Python or Power BI will be an asset
- one of following certificates or being in the process of their obtaining will be an asset: FRM, PRM, ERP, CFA, ACCA or CIMA
Your future role
You will be involved in providing risk management advisory projects in the key following areas:
- valuation of financial instruments
- accounting of financial instruments
- market and credit risk management
Additional projects:
- treasury and cash management
- liquidity risk management
- implementation of IT systems supporting financial risk management
