Your responsibilities

  • Be a trusted advisor to our clients, and recommend solutions on various issues from job evaluation, rewards, performance management, workforce planning, organisation design and more

  • Understand client problems and be able to develop and articulate complex solutions

  • Implement solutions that solve problems and add value to the business and HR

  • Act as Project Manager or Subject Matter Expert during the transformation and transition projects within the HR area or complex rewards projects

  • Work successfully in a team-based environment, collaborative and accountable while working both independently and as part of a team

  • Manage multiple projects and ensure the quality and timeliness of client deliverables

  • Come with a point of view - communicate complex ideas clearly to clients

Our requirements

  • Background in HR Transformation Consulting Projects, Rewards, Performance and Organizational Development

  • Some previous client-facing professional experience

  • Excellent command of English

  • Higher education to degree level or equivalent

  • An advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, capable of manipulating and presenting data accurately and efficiently

  • Excellent communication, as well as the ability to interact across all levels of the organization, act as an influencer

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy for both numerical and written work is essential for this role


  • Experience in a consulting environment or with strategic HR projects

  • Project Management skills & certification

  • Data visualization skills

  • Knowledge of any other major European language
