lead project and work streams in the areas of Pulp and Paper operations and/or supply chain within the team “Manufacturing Excellence”
identify and prioritise improvement levers across the Pulp and Paper value chain
provide technical and managerial content
communicate project results to stakeholders effectively
act as a successful change agent to support transformation efforts within our production plants
4+ years of professional experience with focus on operations management and/or operations consulting
University degree in a technical or economic discipline, MBA as well as LEAN and Six Sigma certificates are considered a plus
passion for operational excellence, continuous learning, critical thinking and good judgement
operational experiences in process industries are a pre-requisite
proven project management skills and structured approach, excellent communication and intercultural skills
experiences in statistical data analytics and data modelling considered a plus
fluent in English, German or other languages considered a plus
willingness to travel up to 60%

Ref. Austrian “Bundes-Gleichbehandlungsgesetz”: The position is subject to the Austrian collective agreement of the “Papierverarbeitende Industrie” with a legal minimum wage of € 45,070.90 gross/year on a full-time basis plus overpayment. The overpayment is determined by the qualification of the jobholder.
