  • SAP

Your responsibilities

  • Consulting of internal customers and IT departments on ServiceNow integration capabilities

  • Development of integration scenarios ServiceNow into HR IT landscape (mainly SAP Successfactors and SAP HCM)

  • Setup of global technical change management concepts

  • Support of Rollout and Go live activities

  • Setup of E2E support concepts and setup of continuous monitoring processes

  • Development of holistic test concepts and run of developer test activities

  • Cooperation with geographically distributed business and IT teams

  • Contracting and monitoring of IT tasks with Internal and External Service Providers

  • Preparation of project documentation

Our requirements

  • Good Project Management skills

  • Several years of Software Development experience, preferably in the area of ServiceNow and SAP Successfactors, SAP HCM

  • Very good knowledge on integration technologies like API

  • Good knowledge on E2E HR processes (esp. in the area of personnel administration)

  • Strong communication skills in English (at least B2)

  • Ability to work in an international team of software developers and external service providers
