Department Overview

Motorola Solutions Finance Operation Service Center is a center of Motorola in Kraków which gives you an opportunity to participate in a setup of the new organization. The center is a part of our global network of Finance Operation Service Centers (FOC) which provides world-class finance, accounting and purchasing services to Motorola branches in Europe, Middle East, Africa, US and Latin America region. The Accounts Receivable department is responsible for global cash collections, cash forecasting, billing and cash application activities. Being the biggest department in Krakow and the biggest Motorola team focused on cash we drive the overall.

Job Description

Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist reports to the BP & AR Reporting Team Lead and is responsible for managing the AR reports portfolio for all the regions (NA, EMEA, APAC, LATAM),  as well as supporting the various business projects impacting the AR department.
  • Handling reports creation/change/improvement requests
  • Analysis of projects change impact on AR processes and existing reports
  • Re-designing reports/processes when needed 
  • Coordinating and executing report tests with the help of the proper teams, before implementing changes (ERP & Tableau UAT/QA environment)
  • Close cooperation with Project Managers, Tableau/EDH/ADI Teams, IT, as well as the appropriate teams within Finance, SC, Service organizations and others
  • Creating and managing basic Dashboards in Tableau
  • Coordinating AR related projects 
  • Performing house-keeping activities
Basic Requirements
  • Positive attitude
  • Requires minimum 3 years experience in Finance department
  • Experience in Continuous Improvement
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Experience in Tableau (building reports/dashboards)
  • Intermediate MS Excel user
  • Oracle knowledge an advantage
  • Primary understanding of Finance/Accounting basics
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree - preferably in Science, Finance/Economy or Accounting
