Your responsibilities

  • supporting deployment of CPI Framework and Funnel in line with the Global CPI and Transformation Strategy

  • driving the identification and prioritization of CPI and automation opportunities within own scope

  • promoting the way of working of CPI standards and lean thinking, embracing continuous improvement and innovation

  • organizing, facilitating workshops and brainstorming sessions to solve pain points or find opportunities for improvements

  • identifying CPI Training needs and facilitate CPI training

  • building process improvement capabilities through execution of lean, six sigma and agile trainings

  • being involved in improvement Projects - providing content reference and expertise (e.g. with defining project goals and business cases, costs and benefits analysis). Coaching, mentoring and advising project teams which execute the CPI projects

  • facilitating that standards and lean principles are accessible and easy to use on a daily basis

  • supporting the implementation of standard reports to HEINEKEN stakeholders on progress and results of improvement initiatives through regular governance and floor visual management

  • collaborating with internal stakeholders, as appropriate, to deliver mutually beneficial end-to-end process improvements

  • acting as a Change Leader by engaging, facilitating and sharing CPI success stories within own scope through effective communication

  • monitoring and keeping up to date with relevant Lean, Agile, Six Sigma developments, exchange knowledge with colleagues

Our requirements

  • you have at least 5 years of experience in leading LSS Projects, with at least 2 years in BPO/SSC sector, multidisciplinary project scope

  • you have experience in mentoring Green Belt Project Leaders

  • you have experience in managing Agile and/or Scrum projects as a coach or Scrum Master

  • you possess Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification

  • you have good knowledge of quantitative, statistical and computer skills, with emphasis on the ability to perform sophisticated analysis with spreadsheet and/or database applications

  • you proactively share information, build relations and present own advices or propositions

  • you influence and understand internal and external parties within the assigned area

  • you have excellent English skills

  • process mining experience

  • good presentation and storytelling skills

  • knowledge about Agile methodology

  • experience in PtP/OtC/RtR/BPM
