You are a digital CRM marketeer with 3+ years’ experience in a start-up environment.
You have a proven track record in both CRM marketing strategy as well as operational CRM execution and you will take over responsible for both.
You will work with and expand our Hubspot managed customer communication and create meaningful and effective tactics and communication formats to various customer groups.
You establish a regular reporting on the effectiveness and efficiency of your CRM activities.
You are technically driven (certain knowledge on database management, running SQL queries) and you know how to effectively communicate with product/IT management.
You think, work and interact in Customer Journeys to drive customer engagement, interaction, conversion and retention.
You are familiar with managing contact's subscriptions and user preferences to give the best suited product / communication.
You know effective Lead Nurturing and Lead Scoring Tactics.
You are willing to drive our ambitious growth (> 300% yoy for 2021) with analytical thoroughness and creativity taking into account the specific challenges of CRM marketing for an online healthcare startup.
You are keen to foster your personal growth and believe in the power of a team that together strives for excellence – you can prove you are a real team worker and can demonstrate experiences in personnel leadership.
You have strong communication and presentation skills and a pronounced hands-on mentality.
You are fluent in English and Polish; additional languages are a benefit.
