Senior Customer Care Advisor with German / remote work
In this role you will be responsible for communication with external and internal clients (company employees, customers, medical persons, former employees asking HR-related questions, people asking about medications or candidates interested in current job openings). Most of that communication will be done by phone (up to 90%).
You will analyze the inquiries according to subject area and topic and resolve them or forward to the appropriate unit, contact person or expert. Your job will includes also e-mail management (written customer and market communication: analysis, processing and forwarding of written customer inquiries), maintenance and use of current databases for providing information: using appropriately specified text modules as a response.
Apart from this, you will handle order processing, in timely manner, including their contractual, financial and regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for ensuring that customers are supplied with goods and information on time. This also involves participation in the clarification of open items on customer accounts, dishonored bank collections as well as reminders for defaulting customers.
Who you are:
- Proficiency in German language and good English language skills.
- At least 3 year of experience in customer service area / help desk experience in international environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, customer orientation and friendliness.
- Patience with handling tough cases, flexibility, high work ethics and professional netiquette.
- Previous experience with SAP or other ERP systems will be an asset
