At Honeywell Safety and Productivity Solutions, the Senior Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for the entire OtC (Order to cash) process, which is order processing in ERP, management of customers, communication, contact with logistics and manufacturing, as well as invoicing. Delivering an outstanding customer experience by serving as the primary customer point of contact. We want you to handle the end-to-end customer experience so you will have the ownership of the process and be able to see the results of your work instantly. You will be supporting customers from various countries across Europe and will have a chance to use your language capabilities on a day-to-day basis.
 

The Role / Core responsibilities:

  • Handle entry level customer related issues and concerns
  • Record all customer interactions into a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Database
  • Process standard orders & Maintain order accuracy
  • Ensure all orders are entered within timeframe
  • Process changes and enhancements to orders
  • Actively participate in departmental activities and initiatives
  • Maintain complete customer records of all direct customers returns, orders, credits, and requests

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education or experience in similar roles)
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role
  • High level of skill in ERP/CRM systems (preferably SAP)
