Your responsibilities

  • Identifies JVC opportunities in SC,

  • Drives SC JVC collaboration between CCH and the Customer,

  • Leads the alignment of customer expectations/needs with the BU’s SC initiatives; sell concepts and plans to the customer

  • Leads the execution of the BP, working closely & influencing internal resources to achieve targets,

  • Builds Customer Trust and role model customer centric behaviors to deliver profitable growth,

  • Defines clear business objectives & JVC value creation opportunities, develops Business Plan for selected top customers across all channels, after assessing customers’ requirements, capabilities and emerging needs,

  • Execute of logistics projects to his/her designated customers – ensures alignment between BU initiatives and Customer needs,

  • Implements SC JVC tools: linking and optimizing the cost, reliability and responsiveness of the Supply Chain from CCH to the Point of Sale (reducing non-value-added activities/costs),

  • Delivers improved responsiveness to customer needs, improved customer service & speed in market channel,

  • Delivers cost reduced year on year; standard cost committed to market channel achieved,

  • Establishes constructive and productive relationships with country x-functional key partners i.e. KAM, Commercial Director, Commercial Finance, Trade Marketing and SC teams ( Planning, Wh/Distribution),

  • Implements new logistics initiatives i.e. CCH or customer initiatives, ECR/industry best practices, and/or support commercial initiatives and volume-building events.

Our requirements

  • University education, preferably with a “quantitative” background (business, sciences, engineering),

  • Very good computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint),

  • Analytical skills,

  • Knowledge about processes and planning concepts in Supply Chain,

  • Desire to acquire further knowledge to understand the business impact of the job,

  • Ability to proficiently read, write and speak in English,

  • Ability for priority setting,

  • 1-2 years of working experience in distribution/demand/production/raw materials planning,

  • Experience in cross functional projects oriented on cost to serve efficiency,

  • Experience in processes unification and KPI’s implementation.
