Check how to get thereAs a Senior Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will represent WestRock to the customer and act as a critical liaison between the customer, sales, and operations teams. As Senior CSR you will receive and process routine customer orders, inquiries, and/or customer issues related to orders. You will also be responsible for maintaining the ongoing relationship with multiple customers and sales staff utilizing knowledge of products, logistics, production planning, and inventory management.
How you will impact WestRock:
• Ensuring customer’s satisfaction through high quality service
• Managing customer’s orders
• Creating and maintaining customer information in ERP system.
• Supporting Sales Managers and Key Accounts Manager
• Cooperation with Logistics departments
• Handling customers complaints
• Follow Service Level Agreements with customers
• Respect standard work procedures and policies
• Support Statistics and Suggest Improvement
