About the project
The primary purpose of this role is to eventually provide subject matter expertise on the Privileged Access Service toolset, which is CyberArk and other bespoke tools, for ensuring that GSK effectively and securely manages Privileged access to its applications and underlying technology. This will be a key role for designing and implementing enhancements to the tools and processes based on security best practices, service escalations, and requested improvements. GSK will provide necessary training.
Your responsibilities
Provide L3/SME support for CyberArk AIM component and applications onboarded to use the AIM integration for privileged account management.
Integrate various platforms with CyberArk, such as different LDAP providers, Windows servers, UNIX servers, Databases and networking Devices, middleware and databases.
Automate & use DevOps infrastructure of CyberArk multi-component products in complex multi-platform environment.
Use scripting technologies and tools that drive automation and enable product teams and end users to move towards self-service.
Use/automate CyberArk Web Service APIs / SDK.
Our requirements
Experience with the scripting technologies and tools that drive automation and enable product teams and end users to move towards self-service.
3-5 years of overall IT experience with preference being in Cybersecurity.
Hands on experience in Windows programming (.Net, VB Scripting, PowerShell, Administrative scripting) a plus.
Experience with Windows/ UNIX platforms in large heterogeneous environment.
Optional
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Equivalent Degree.
Experience in the using/automating CyberArk Web Service APIs / SDK
Understanding typical Enterprise Change Management processes.
CISSP, CISM and/or CISA a plus
Experience with automation of tools such as CyberArk is a plus.
Experience of integrating Cloud platforms with CyberArk.
CPM PSM Connector Development.
Understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy.
Work experience supporting CyberArk with preferred background in deployment & implementation of Application Identity Manager.
Understanding of high-availability (HA) and failover implementations for network infrastructure, server systems and CyberArk.
