About the project
Have you heard of advertising solutions for sellers and brands on Allegro (e.g. sponsored offers)? Allegro Ads is one of the largest advertising platforms in Poland. In previous years, our revenue has been growing much faster than the market, becoming a major factor of Allegro Group success and we have an aspiration to maintain this trend in the upcoming periods. Our products support our Clients in developing sales and strengthening their brand positioning.
This position is focused on creation of analytical input into strategic pricing management of Allegro Ads in Poland and other markets, where Allegro will expand its operations.
Your responsibilities
Building complex financial (often econometrics) models to support key business decisions in the areas of pricing and revenue improvement initiatives
Drawing conclusions from analyzed data and prepare structured materials in the form of documents or presentations
Developing pricing monitoring tools supporting execution of the price management goals
Collaborating with business stakeholders (Technology, Product, Sales, Lifecycle Management, Communication) as well as other data analysts (in the Analytics Teams) to build and utilize data to drive impact.
Our requirements
3+ years of experience in analyzing financial/pricing data
Ability to translate results of analyses into business recommendations
Talent to communicate business recommendations in an interesting and intuitive way
Proficiency in MS Excel (or Google Sheets) and SQL (e.g. in BigQuery)
Effectively command of Polish and English (orally and in writing)
