Your responsibilities

  • analyzing results from quantitative research, reports, web analytics tools,

  • transforming research findings into recommendations for actions and improving Customer Experience,

  • designing KPIs and ROI metrics for Customer Experience programs,

  • creating reports, dashboards, and training people to use them,

  • conducting statistical analysis - from moderate to complex, including descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression,

  • building processes and systems that enable team members to leverage data and act upon insights,

  • facilitating brainstorming sessions, workshops, and trainings related to data collections, measurement, reporting, etc.

Our requirements

  • You are a quantitative researcher, web analyst, or business data analyst with 3 years of experience,

  • You are positive and have a sense of humor,

  • You can communicate effectively to both experts and non-experts,

  • You have great attention to detail,

  • You speak English fluently,

  • You have experience with web analytics tools, BI & reporting tools, and with survey tools like Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Webankieta
