Your responsibilities

Scoping and understanding business/client requirements: ensure the solutions & services provided are relevant and address the key business needs, leading engagement with the client to document requirements and govern business logic
Manage and oversee complex projects conducted by the team
Design, develop and deploy BI solutions, including interactive dashboards in Tableau
Sourcing data from internal MS SQL Server databases and external sources such as Snowflake, and leveraging ETL tools when needed
Design, setup and support of data governance and data integration processes
Advise on optimal BI/analytics strategy and its execution
Perform complex analyses leveraging advanced analytical techniques and big data environments / capabilities where needed
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and manage their expectations
Develop own expertise and share it with the team members to help grow the team
Support more junior team members in day to day work
Act as an internal expert on Data Architecture to actively share knowledge with other members of the Data Architect Team and train the B.I Data Visualisation Analysts in their use and adoption of Data Architecture Solutions.

Our requirements

Bachelor or master degree - BI, computer science, econometrics, operations research or statistics preferred, or equivalent working experience
Minimum 2 years past work experience as a BI, business or data analyst required
Fluent English
Business analysis, consulting/advisory and/or project or client management experience
Working experience in BI tools (for example Tableau)
Querying databases (SQL) and/or ETL tools (e.g. Alteryx, Azure Data Factory) is essential
Working experience in analytical toolkit (e.g. SPSS, SAS, R, Python) would be a plus
Strong analytical mindset with an ability to interpret, visualize and tell the story behind the data
Focus on providing relevant solutions to the clients’ challenges, which drive productivity, profitability, client satisfaction or other important business metrics
Able to deliver, autonomously, high-quality work in a timely manner, also under time pressure
A team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills – able to effectively communicate both with technical experts and management
Professional experience and passion to further excel in broadly understood BI, including: business & client understanding, business analysis, data visualization, databases, data integration, ETL, big data
