Acting as a senior liaison between the local teams, their functional management, HR and the Centre Head.
Communication lead role ensuring harmonized, streamlined, effective channels used internally and externally
Proactive change agent driving required transformation activities, cultural and behavioral shifts, supports location strategy design and deployment
Ensures center governance process works smoothly in structured manner
Serving as a member of the Poland Steering Committee, owning selected center wide and global initiatives, coordinates Center Management Committee
Supporting the remote managers in adherence to the Polish labor laws and other country specific regulations.
Enabling the best practice sharing and local benchmark, leveraging local supporting functions.
Coaching and mentoring of the local staff, supporting development, upskilling and talent retention.
Deputizing the Center Head and peers in the Steering Committee as needed
Deputizing Centre Head in ESS LT and Global Operations forum
Fostering the culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Oversight role for Compliance lead activities
Effective stakeholder management
You will report to the Poland Country Head.
Proven track of record in leadership, transformational roles in international companies, preferably in the financial sector and/or mature shared service.
Familiarity with the service delivery environment and key concepts such as KPI monitoring, ability to define success criteria with value creation mindset.
Overall maturity, ability to present to senior audiences and manage stakeholders at various level.
Excellent communication skills
Strong influencing skills, ability to navigate in a complex matrix organization.
Strategic thinking, ability to lead and manage change, proven track of record in driving transformational activities.
Practical experience in stakeholder management and relationship building
Practical experience in managing, coaching and mentoring staff.
“Can-do” attitude, strong sense of ownership and pro-activeness.
Customer centricity, ability to resolve conflicts and mediate between multiple parties and across multiple geographies.
Analytical, data driven mind, but able to act flexibly and think “out of the box”.
Ability to work under time pressure and to set right priorities.
Fluency in English, command of additional European languages is a plus.
Solid understanding of the Polish labor law and other relevant regulations and compliances, knowledge of the local labor market specifics.
Tact, diplomacy and cross cultural sensitiveness are critical to success.
