About the project

We are currently the largest institution of research and development in the ICT sector in Poland, successively growing and still looking for new talents. DevOps Specialist is one of the key positions in R&D Centers in Poland and at present, there are a few slightly different departments possibly interested in your experience.

Your responsibilities

  • Designing, implementing and maintenaning a build processes for multiple concurrent releases of embedded software

  • Prototyping concepts which proofs feasibility of complex solution proposals

  • Leading development of technologies, tools and solutions

  • Proposing improvements across whole CI and automation environment

  • Writing scripts to automate build and deployment processes through build systems

  • Optimizing existing build jobs for simplicity and speed

  • Executing test suites in the continuous integration process

Our requirements

  • Good command of English language

  • Advanced Bash, Python, C/C++ knowledge

  • Knowledge of containers (Docker, LXC) and container orchestrators (Kubernetes)

  • Practical experience with version control system git

  • Deep Linux knowledge incl. kernel, drivers know-how, administration aspects (user mgmt, network configuration, storage setup, etc

  • Experience with CI/CD systems, GCC compilers

  • Ability to structure complex tasks, problem solving skills
