Your responsibilities

  • Maintaining and adjusting a comprehensive, long-term SEM & SEO strategy.

  • Independent development and implementation of multi-channel Google Ads campaigns based on ROI and ROAS (search, display, merchant, remarketing, app) on the global market.

  • Ongoing management and supervision of Google Ads campaigns.

  • Forecasting, monitoring, and adjustment of the advertising budget.

  • Maintenance and adjustment of all SEO strategies (On-Page & Off-Page) which will include short and long term objectives.

  • Creating and planning SEO content schedule.

  • Conducting periodic audits such as Core Web Vitals (technical SEO).

  • Making recommendations based on audit results and implementing them together with front-end developers.

  • Link-building based on budget and targets.

  • Ongoing content optimization (stuffing, cannibalization, meta, etc.).

  • Research, analysis, and development of new keywords.

  • Automation-based reporting (Data Studio) that shows the effectiveness of actions.

  • Working with product teams on best strategies and recommendations.

Our requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in a similar position where responsibilities included working on SEO projects and creating Google Ads campaigns.

  • SEM experience in B2B, preferably for global brands.

  • SEO experience in B2B projects, preferably for global brands.

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Optimize, Google Search Console, GTmetrix, Screaming Frog, Google Data Studio tools.

  • One of: Ahrefs, Semrush, Senuto, Semstorm.

  • Familiarity with: PrestaShop, html, CSS, schema.org.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office.

  • Fluent Polish.

  • English at C1 level.


  • Draw conclusions from and make decisions based on data.

  • Analyzing web performance data, translating it into clear insights and next steps.

  • Conducting A/B tests.

  • Web Analytics – analyzing the performance of different traffic acquisition segments to identify opportunities for increased conversion rates.

  • Modeling user flows and behaviors.

  • Modeling and building complex conversion funnels.
