Your responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the execution of digital and data-driven marketing strategies aligned with the Compensation and Benefits’ business objectives

  • Develop and drive the go-to-market strategy for Mercer largest Career Products category

  • Deliver the global content plan (including managing within marketing budget and work with external vendors)

  • Work closely with the Operations Team, Client Managers and external partners, to develop campaign strategies and to execute on the initiatives to deliver on the business objectives

Our requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing including SEO, SEM and social media expertise

  • Strong background in content creation and running integrated marketing campaigns across websites, marketing automation systems and social media

  • Strong copywriting skills

  • Fluency in English and Polish

  • Ability to work with diverse range of stakeholders and portfolios

What can you expect:

Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving the strategy and leading the go-to-market approach for Mercer’s largest Career Products category – Compensation and Benefits.

With an eye on profitable growth, this role is responsible for all aspects of marketing including strategy, pipeline development, brand advocacy, and flawless execution globally for Mercer’s Compensation and Benefit products. The role will ensure that marketing strategies and programs are aligned to the right solutions in the right markets and defined by the target segments/buyer personas.
