Your responsibilities

  • Plan, set-up and optimize digital marketing programs including all aspects of upstream and downstream customer-facing engagement e. based on incoming requests or ideas from internal clients (Regional or Country Marketing teams).

  • Identify target audiences and understand their behavior and habits. Determining the most effective media mix for our campaigns.

  • Proactively identify, recommend, and act upon advertising opportunities for driving better business results.

  • Coordination with internal clients and our creative, production and CRM teams.

  • Ongoing reporting to stakeholders on the performance from executed programs and assesses against both strategic and operational goals (ROI and KPIs).

  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

  • Identify trends/insights and continuously optimize spend and performance based on those insights.

  • Develops digital awareness for broader team by providing information, educational and experiential growth opportunities.

Our requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience from a similar position, preferably from a digital agency and/or from a global/international company in Pharma or Medtech.

  • Hold a master’s degree in interactive digital marketing / communication / media or a related field.

  • Fluent English is a must.

  • Passionate about digital solutions. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital programs that engage, inform and motivate.

  • Demonstrated ability to interpret market research, secondary analysis and translate into actionable tactics.

  • Excellent project management and quantitative skills. Takes ownership of projects and tasks from beginning to end.

  • Demonstrated time management skills to meet deadlines, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and managing to ambiguity.

  • Strong analytical skills in data management and reporting software/platforms e.g. Tableau, Salesforce, Acoustic etc.

  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush etc.

  • Solid knowledge of ad serving/management tools e.g. Facebook Business Manager, Linkedin Business Manager, Instagram, YouTube etc.

  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis

  • Ability to develop and track metrics and effectively communicate progress and results

  • Financial planning, strategy and budget optimization acumen.

Baxter’s EMEA Digital Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE) Team is growing steadily, and we are looking for a Senior Digital Specialist with strong media skills who can secure progress and ensure top quality deliveries for our internal clients primarily Regional and Country Marketing teams. You will work both strategically and hands on, taking the responsibility for both short-term requests for advertising and more mid-term projects where you set a strategy.

You will be a part of our digital in-house ad agency, consisting of 11 employees, and report to Head of EMEA Digital Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE), Malin Rexvik.

The ideal candidate has prior Digital Specialist or Media Planner/Consultant experience from a digital ad agency and/or from a global/international company in Pharma or Medtech preferred.
