Your responsibilities

We’re currently looking for a Senior Document Production Specialist to join our team.

Senior Document Production Specialist will be working within the Client Data Exchange (CDEX) Team that is part of the Marketing Operations Team. CDEX specifically is a Team being in charge of a product data services solution (people, process, and technology) for accessing and distributing fund product data with the capability of generating reports/extracts for internal and external customers. CDEX is also addressing regulatory reporting requirement and is in charge of legal document production, updates and publishing.

The Senior Document Production Specialist is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of an automated document generation and distribution solution supporting various Legal documents. The Senior Specialist will analyze incoming change request and legal requirements and recommend automated solutions while maintaining the various modules within the system, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of all supported materials. A large focus for the Senior Specialist, is the production oversight of the required Key Investors Information Document (KIID), PRIIPs KID and various other legal documents (KFS, PHS.)

The Senior Document Production Specialist will work with management in Legal and Marketing departments to ensure that legal documents are available for: new funds, share classes, funds approved for sale in a new region, etc. Additionally, the Senior Specialist will ensure timely updates are made based on modifications requested from regulators. The legal documents, are produced for products sold throughout the world and must be translated into the native language of those countries, which amounts to as many as 40,000 documents generated when updates are needed.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master’s Degree - Business Administration (Finance, Economics, Marketing) ) or Computer Science preferred

  • 3-5+ years job specific experience working with technologies relating to automation of data, content, documents, reporting, publishing, web services, API etc. preferred

  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)

  • Finance / IT background

  • Basic programming skills

  • Interest in financial data management and reporting

  • Knowledge of mutual fund industry, specifically investment vehicles

  • Experience with project management or knowledge of a project lifecycle (Agile, Waterfall)

  • Experience with system automation, system development, workflow design analysis, and data analysis

  • Proficiency of MS Excel, MS Access

  • Working knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Visio, MS Word, MS Project, MS PowerPoint

  • Experience in global investment management or technology oriented firm

  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Fluent knowledge of English (spoken and written)

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with detail oriented approach to research

  • Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity following established policies and procedures
