Your responsibilities
- Clearly define and nurture Brainly EVP and create a long-term EB strategy for attracting the best talent from all over the world to Brainly
- Effectively share and communicate Brainly culture, mission, and working environment both internally and externally in order to increase internal engagement and attract external talent.
- Manage various internal and external, EB projects and campaigns aimed at promoting Brainly as a great place to work (online presence, events, employee ambassadors programs
- Together with the team or external providers produce engaging EB content to be used across all online and offline communication platforms and channels
- Work side by side with our Talent Acquisition team to help them improve the quantity and quality of candidates applying for roles.
- Collaborate closely with the Brainly PR & Communications area to create an employer’s brand consistent with Brainly’s overall branding and marketing strategy
Our requirements
- 5+ years of experience in employer branding/communications & PR function
- Experience creating and running the internal and external EB campaigns across all channels, as well as aligning strategic EB projects with business goals
- Experience in building and leading teams
- Strong project management and change management experience
- Experience in online and performance marketing, PR, and communications
- Experience working in a rapidly-growing tech company and in a global environment within a dispersed team
- Genuine enthusiasm for IT, the high-technology business you are aware of all the latest news and trends
- Great communication and fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Cultural agility and the desire to embrace and foster a culture of diversity and inclusion
- A data-driven approach to employer branding
- Strong copywriting skills: you are able to write both any kind of social media posts and any kind of text for media — a piece of news, a column, an interview
- BA/MA/Postgraduate in employer branding, communication, or marketing
