Your responsibilities
First line support for all EB needs for Poland including proactive advocacy of EB within country such as trainings and communications.
Activate the global EB strategy with local plans in Poland that are also in-line with Northern Europe hub expectations.
Execute the global EB strategy and local plans by managing vendor relationships, project execution and timelines.
Proactively work with and manage requests from business partners to develop recruitment marketing strategies that meet our capability and workforce plans.
Proactively partner with Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, and Communications to understand and execute local EB priorities.
Monitor and measure campaign effectiveness on an ongoing basis and provide feedback to stakeholders and recommendations for improvement.
Organize and execute annual University Relations calendar which includes campus relations such as career events, local partnerships, and engagements. This includes owning and managing the full campus activities calendar.
Partner with Talent Management to attract talent for our flagship graduate program Power+
Bring your creativity and stay up to date with EB and recruitment marketing best practices.
Our requirements
Higher education (at least a bachelor’s degree).
6+ years of experience in Employer Branding/Recruitment Marketing.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Polish, both verbal and written.
Experience with University Relations.
Experience working in a complex environment and managing multiple stakeholders in different business areas.
Excellent project and event management skills.
Ability to think global and act local while translating ideas into tangible results.
Ability to analyze, understand, bundle, and prioritize requests and then translate into concrete action plans.
Strong commitment to and passion for incorporating Diversity, Equity & Inclusion into all you do as a professional.
Excellent interpersonal, coaching, influencing and communication skills.

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Senior Employer Branding Specialist. In this role, you’ll be responsible for branding, recruitment marketing, employee advocacy, and university relations initiatives that position Hitachi Energy as the destination employer in the energy sector. You’ll activate the global employer brand strategy with local plans that support our attraction efforts within the Polish market. You’ll partner closely with business stakeholders, Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, and Communications and report to the Northern Europe Employer Brand lead. You’ll be an on-campus ambassador for Hitachi Energy helping us to attract early career talent.
