Your responsibilities
- Responsible for IAM Engineering: successfully Implement, configure, upgrade and maintain Identity and Access Management Services, including IAM systems, Directory Services, Identity Lifecycle Management, and application components for access Certificate management, Multi Factor solutions, Federation solutions, Privileged Access Management, Single Sign-On, Cloud access solutions, etc.
- Providing Security projects estimation for IAM
- Evaluation and recommendation of IDM and PAM solutions
- Oversee engineering of the identity and access management function, ensuring prompt, efficient, and accurate resolution of identity and access matters
- Continuously seek to improve the time, cost and risk associated with the daily duties
- Design, develop, configure test, and maintain IAM interconnection services to include connector and integration technologies
- Develop and maintain current and future state IAM documentation and standards
- Communicative and positive-thinking team player coupled with eagerness to learn, determined to solve cases
- Prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks independently
Our requirements
- Solid Operating Systems skills (Windows and GNU/Linux)
- IT Security background and awareness of related compliance frameworks (Data Protection Act, EU GDPR, PCI-DSS, SOX)
- Understanding of Internet technologies, specifically a solid knowledge of protocols such as HTTP, SSL/TLS, IPv4/v6, XML
- Service Oriented Architecture (JSON, SOAP, REST)
- Application Servers (JAVA/.NET) and securing web applications
- Directories services, metadirectories, virtual directories (Active Directory, LDAP, IPA)
- Database models and SQL language
- Development skills with JAVA, Beanshell, Javascript, .NET
- Virtual Machines foundations
- Platform as a Service (like Docker Swarm, OpenShift, Kubernetes) foundations
- Scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Authoritative source of identities identification (HR systems, CSV, AD)
- Authentication and authorization protocols like SAML, OpenID Connect, Use-Managed Access
- Enterprise and Web SSO concepts
- Provisioning standards like SCIM or SPML
- RBAC/ABAC
- Identity Governance concepts like: Recertification, attestation, auditing, access review, reporting, role modelling and role mining
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
- 5+ years’ experience in information technology, including 3 years of cybersecurity,
- Project planning and management skills, including assessing risk to determine action
