Your responsibilities

  • Process analysis of engineering documents

  • Development of production process documentation and quality planning according to rules of ISO IATF 16949, safety and hygiene at work, environmental protection, and Lean Manufacturing (FMEA, SPC).

  • Development of production process’ and deliveries’ PFMEA

  • Selection and ordering of fixtures, tools, and measuring devices.

  • Calculation of standard processing times.

  • Implementation of process documentation changes and distribution there according to rules of documentation supervision.

  • Implementation of new product manufacturing and of engineering changes according to the implementation timetable, activation of all operations necessary for new product manufacturing according to production process and effective rules.

  • Development of detailed plans of machinery deployment and nests with the consideration of rules for safety and hygiene at work, ergonomics, and Lean Manufacturing

  • Design and development of gear manufacturing tools and gear manufacturing data preparation

Our requirements

  • Programming skills in CNC machines

  • Technical university degree in mechanics

  • Operating knowledge of CAD 2D/3D, MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio type software

  • Communication ability in English

  • Familiarity with Gear Manufacturing processes

  • Familiarity with the SPC rules

  • Familiarity with rules of safety and hygiene at work, and of ergonomics

  • Familiarity with the Lean Manufacturing principles

  • Knowledge of the Project Management rules

  • Familiarity with the Industry 4.0 initiatives

  • Familiarity with the rules of problem solving by the 8D and A3 method
