Process analysis of engineering documents
Development of production process documentation and quality planning according to rules of ISO IATF 16949, safety and hygiene at work, environmental protection, and Lean Manufacturing (FMEA, SPC).
Development of production process’ and deliveries’ PFMEA
Selection and ordering of fixtures, tools, and measuring devices.
Calculation of standard processing times.
Implementation of process documentation changes and distribution there according to rules of documentation supervision.
Implementation of new product manufacturing and of engineering changes according to the implementation timetable, activation of all operations necessary for new product manufacturing according to production process and effective rules.
Development of detailed plans of machinery deployment and nests with the consideration of rules for safety and hygiene at work, ergonomics, and Lean Manufacturing
Design and development of gear manufacturing tools and gear manufacturing data preparation
Programming skills in CNC machines
Technical university degree in mechanics
Operating knowledge of CAD 2D/3D, MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio type software
Communication ability in English
Familiarity with Gear Manufacturing processes
Familiarity with the SPC rules
Familiarity with rules of safety and hygiene at work, and of ergonomics
Familiarity with the Lean Manufacturing principles
Knowledge of the Project Management rules
Familiarity with the Industry 4.0 initiatives
Familiarity with the rules of problem solving by the 8D and A3 method
